Using the Zoom Virtual Background instructions below, you can add a PowerPoint or Keynote slide as a background to save valuable screen space.

 

Save the slide as an image (e.g., PNG). How to do this depends on the software you are using. For example, in PowerPoint for Windows, select File > Save As and then select PNG from the “Save As Type” dropdown menu. In PowerPoint for Mac, select File > Export. Save the files to your Zoom background library to use in your next class.
